Catching up on college football's carousel
The 2024 college football offseason has been wild, let's review some big items.
I’m back home after a short stint in the hospital where my wife gave birth to our fourth child and everything is going great.
As the reaction of our newest child’s older sister indicates, it’s another girl! The family now goes: Boy (me), girl (mom), boy, girl, boy, girl. Pretty wild and exciting for the Boyd crew.
Anyways, we’re back home and settling into the new rhythm and I figured we’d start back up the newsletter with a broader view of what’s going on in college football. We’ll talk about Alabama some but I don’t want to focus extensively there since Kalen DeBoer’s “replace the GOAT” operation deserves its own treatment. You may recall though that I didn’t think he should take that job and I think his decision may look worse if Jim Harbaugh leaves Michigan.
